What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

Please reach out to us if there's any problems with your order. However, once we have handed your packages to our shipper, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. We will do all we can to help with any order issues, but we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance (which is provided through our shipper). This optional insurance coverage, which you can purchase at checkout, will cover up to $300 for loss or damage. If you are purchasing an order that is more than $300 and would like insurance coverage, you will need to place separate orders of up to $300 each and purchase the optional insurance coverage for each order.

All international shipments (ie not within USA or Canada) will have this insurance included automatically.

Shipping in the USA or Canada over $200 is free, but if you'd like to have extra insurance coverage, this option will be available to you at checkout for an additional $5 fee.
